- Request for Proposal (RFP)
- At Location Solvers, we craft an attractive and concise document that encourages targeted hotels to present their best offer
in the least amount of time. The RFP permits hotel sales representatives to review the proposal more efficiently, which in turn
provides you fast results and choices that cater to your specific needs.
- Bidding Process
- We manage the bidding process on your behalf so that you avoid countless websites, phone-calls, emails, and pages of paper.
We carefully sift through each hotel's offer and organize the information into a client-friendly, one-page comparison report that
details all your options and ensures that each of your needs are met.
- Site Inspections
- When a particular occasion requires a site inspection, we can arrange for a personal guided tour, accompany you, or go on
your behalf. Whichever may be the case, you will be confident that you are familiar with properties, their amenities, and feel
comfortable when you make your final selection.
- Contract Negotiations
- Once a hotel is selected, we continue our role as liaison between you and the hotel until the agreement meets mutual approval.
Or if you prefer, you may choose to work directly with the hotel to finalize the agreement and details of your event.

- Upon request, our site detectives are available for onsite assistance during your event.
