    • The hotel must sign a document agreeing there are no markups or fees. Hotels pay us from a separate budget within the hotel so our fees never affect your rates.
  • Can I contact the hotel directly?
    • When we begin a bidding process, we launch a selection-strategy on your behalf. This initial contact between the hotel and our site detectives can be a delicate process. If there are multiple parties involved, it can result in inconsistencies that may confuse the hotels. We ask that you wait until predetermined time before contacting the hotels directly.
  • Can I use more than one site-selection company?
    • Hotels work more effectively and give you the best rates when they are dealing with one site-selection company per event. If you are using several companies to competitively bid, hotels may become anxious and pull back their best offers until they know with whom they will be working.
